CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DETAILS

The last order date for orders to arrive before Christmas is Friday 21st (before 1pm) on Next Day Delivery. Orders on Standard delivery we will do our very best to despatch on this time in time for Christmas as well, but we cannot guarantee they will be despatched in time for Christmas, so if you need your order for Christmas we advise using Next Day Delivery.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (currently we only do not ship to Australia (see more details below)).

We offer a variety of shipping methods whether you are in the UK or are an International customer, so that you can arrange a shipping method which is most suitable in terms of speed and economy to your needs.

USA & Canada

We offer normal weight based postage rates for smaller orders, so that you can benefit from buying a few remedies direct from the UK. We also offer a fixed price option for affordability on larger orders. This will be shipped with Parcelforce.

We offer weight based delivery by standard post, so that you can take advantage of the great prices, increased range and authenticity by buying direct for smaller orders, but we also offer some excellent courier rates for larger orders, so that buying larger orders is affordable and cost effective. For example a 10Kg parcel to this area will be £52 and a 30Kg parcel £97

All other countries

We deliver to every country in the world except Australia, where we are unable to ensure safe passage through customs and therefore have decided to no longer deliver to. We apologise to your Australian customs, however we hope you will understand the reasoning due to the strictness of Australian customs.
